In this week’s program, we visit the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve and Zoo for a wild anniversary. We check in with the Director of Frederick County’s Fire and Rescue Services. We’ll ask two area home builders for their perspectives on trends in local home construction, and D.C. Rice and Lane Fields exchange views on a unique mode of transportation that’s being considered for local law enforcement. We’ll visit the studio of a Myersville artisan whose works take on a life of their own, a family farm in Adamstown that is harvesting a high tech crop, and then we’ll stop at this week’s Best Bet for an old fashioned burger! We’ll learn how to prepare to climb the trail to Cat Rock at Cunningham Falls State Park, and take a look at modern day lawn ornaments from a bygone era.
