This episode comes to us from The William Talley Recreation Center on Bentz Street in downtown Frederick, also known as the “old Armory.” This week, Frederick 360 takes a look at Camp David airspace violations, as well as some cutting edge air traffic control technology that’s being tested right here in Frederick. One of our town’s favorite DJs, Bob Miller, from WFMD Radio gives us his take on tasers, and we take a look at our community’s active volunteer fire and rescue service. We’ll stop by an afterschool program sponsored by the Police Activity League called “Gal Pals” that is shaping the lives of some of Frederick’s young women for the better, meet Tammy Martinez, owner of The Little Pottery Shop in Frederick’s Everedy Square, and Tim Richards, who started Citizens for a Green Mt. Airy with a few friends when they were only teenager. As always, -- we’ve got ideas for you to “Go & Do,” and a peak at what’s going on at the Weinberg Center.
