Carroll Creek Linear Park is the setting for this week’s show, which is a combination of first-run segments and viewer favorites. Val Atmonavage has all kinds of activities and events going on in and around Frederick in the next week or so, electrician Scott Clawson shows us how to create a little ambiance outdoors with low-voltage accent lighting and we take our usual trip down Memory Lane in this week’s History Minute. Chef Christine heads to the kitchen to make a new twist on a summer side dish—Black Bean & Corn Salad, and Joe Volz asked the age-old question “Just what exactly IS a ‘Senior Moment?’” We’ll take a second look at one of personal trainer Caroline Stevens’ outdoor workouts for cardiovascular conditioning and core strengthening. Cheryl Wright of Homewood is wondering “What’s Age Got to Do with Anything?” and Autumn Hollis has some interesting info on staying simple and staying green.
